Giluform Series – One of the most common industrial synthesis of plaster is Schouten SynTecs Giluform series. The Giluform series is an environmentally friendly synthesis gypsum powder that gives an excellent liquid mass by the addition of water.

Giluform 350

This plaster is available in Giluform 350. The advantages of the Giluform Series:

Mixing ratio:

  • Volume, powder: water 3l : 1l

  • Hardness above 200 N / mm

SP10 is a harder gypsum (300 N / mm) with a shorter processing.

Giluform SP 10

This plaster is available under the name Giluform SP 10. The benefits of the Giluform Series:

Giluform 300 has a longer processing time and is less hard (200 N / mm) than the SP10.

 

Gilcast AM – Fireproof plaster

Gilcast AM is a refractory gypsum bonded investment for precision casting using the lost wax method. It is suitable for casting of all the non-ferrous metal alloys having a melting temperature of 400-1080 ° C. There is almost no post-processing to be carried which make this working method labor-saving.

  • Mixing ratio 3.3 – 3.6 kg. of powder to 1 liter of water
  • Mix Volume: 2.0 to 2.1 liter
  • Processing time: 10 minutes
  • Mixing time machine: 1 to 2 minutes
  • Curing time: 1 hour (at room temperature of about 21 ° C)
  • Wax smelting: start after 1 hour
  • Warming Time oven:  60° C to 100 ° C per hour
  • Pre-heat oven: at least up to 400 ° C / up to 750 ° C
  • Final temperature: up to 1080 ° C
